Serving homes, freelancers, and small teams. Not a full MSP replacement for large enterprise fleets — perfect for one-off and short-term support.

How remote support works (TeamViewer)

  1. Book a time — email or call with a short description of the problem (Windows version helps).
  2. I send a TeamViewer invite — you download/run the official QuickSupport or session link from TeamViewer only (never a random .exe from email).
  3. You approve access — you stay on the phone/Zoom; you can end the session anytime. I only work while you’re present unless we agree otherwise.
  4. Fix + summary — I resolve what we can in the session and email what changed and any follow-ups.

Security note: I never ask for your banking passwords. Prefer a temporary password for the session when possible.
